Getting closer to being able to make sausage. Ordered new grinder today. Found this on Amazon for 339.00. 3/4 HP should be big enough for home sausage making.

......I have a grinder and stuffer.  Need to get them out and at least play a few times with them.  Know you are excited!

Nice grinder Tim...............

   I have the foot pedal and didn't really see the need for one but I had some leftover gift cards and bought it. It really doesn't help in the process but it does keep from having to turn on and off the grinder while in use and prevent cross contamination between the meat and the switch....... I would rather have it than not

WTG Tim,  can't wait to see pictures of it in operation.  Are you planning on a smoke house like Jerry's.  If so do you have plans or is it from memory?  I am interested in doing something similar.
