This my second time around for smoking....still learning. I did get a single door Masterbuilt gasser from Northern Tool on
closeout for $89 just couldn't pass it up!! After reading through the forums I did the door seal and needle valve mods along with
the AMNPS which in my opinion is right up there with sliced bread invention!! Successfully did my first cold smoke on cheese and butter with maple.....got to wait another week and a half on the cheese but the butter came out excellent!! Getting ready for Salmon jerky this weekend!!
