On my off week of work I wanted to make an easy lunch and have an excuse to fire the Brinkmann up. I headed to the store and picked up a heat and eat Hillshire Farm hot smoked sausage and a can of Bush's southern pit style beans. Got them both rolling in the smoker with some hickory chunks, the beans in a cast iron skillet and the sausage in a grill wok. Looking forward to them and some left over baked cabbage from dinner last night.
