Those look nice, we always make the freezer type strawberry jelly, I don't mind the canning, I do get slightly upset when it doesn't work. I now do mostly zip locks and freezer, wish you were here I could load you up with jelly jars, pints, pint and a half and quart jars. The Dew berries are in here now and looks like a good crop this year.
I gave my Dad some Dewberry plants about 15 years ago, he planted 'em next to the chainlink fence behind the chicken yard, only like 8 springs. They now own about 20 ft x 100 ft x15 ft, if you get some and plant 'em then make sure its a confined space. Huge concrete walls maybe! They die off a lot due to the arial spraying of the cane fields, but they never go away or quit expanding!
Back to strawberries, I have started making Strawberry Liqueur. I made 5 gallons this year and 2 are already taken. LOL Simple, easy, tasty, even the church ladies like it (that is where the 2 gallons are going LOL). Takes maybe 3 to 5 months for it to smooth out, but then its really good stuff
You should try it, its OMG gud! I also made last year peach, pineapple, strawberry, cherry (it wasn't too good), Praline, Butter pecan, Tia Maria, even Bailey's caramel. I just started this stuff last year and as usual went over board. But when you have extra fresh fruit its just too easy. I love a big shot of the peach in a tall glass of sweet tea.
My hats off to you, those look like some good jelly
