Good lookin Rig.  Have one of similar dimensions at home.  How did you paint yours up?  Rattlecan paint or looks of something nicer?

What size stock was used to frame the cook racks?

The frames are 1" 14ga tubing.

I use the rustoleum bbq paint in a HVLP sprayer.
