hello all, today I smoked a pork butt for mothers day. It was my first smoke on my new WSM. I had some hiccups as the wind was very strong and blowing all day. as well as the butt wasnt fully thawed out. but it turned out fantastic and one comment was that it was as good as our local bbq joint. below are some pics from the day.

Looks great!  Get used to the compliments, you'll be putting out better food than the BBQ restaurants on a regular basis...
