I just purchased my first smoker a Landmann USA 3895GLA Smoky Mountain Vertical Gas Smoker, 38-Inch. I had decided to try and make Slovenian Smoke Sausages which I remembered from my childhood. I have been reading and learning about smoking and curing meats. I have made several batches of smoked sausages and done a brisket. My interest in sausage making has opened the door to smoking meats.
