Hi all.  I am an avid barbershop quartet singer and lover of smoked meats.  I just got a 30" Masterbuilt electric smoker and am breaking it in today doing 16lbs of pork shoulder butt from Costco.

I live in the USA, Worthington, OH (North side of Columbus) with my wife and two children.

Looking forward to learning more and eating great smoked items with your help.
