It took awhile to get the new shade structure up and running but things are moving along. I have the shade up but not fastened properly yet as I'm waiting for more supplies but it's working.

Most of the pots outside closet to the camera are peppers and they range from sweet peppers to ghost peppers.

The shade area has Tomatoes, Cubanelle Peppers, Cucumbers, Zucchini, and Squash

Inside the bigger greenhouse is Lettuce, Swiss Chard, Spinach, Bok Choy, Arugula, Bell Peppers, and some Onions

The smaller greenhouse has stuff that I've seeded to put into the system later.

Thanks for looking

That looks fantastic Jerry,  I need to make a run over there an check it out.

Dave those are 3 gal grow bags they come in many different sizes. This is my first time using them  tho I have seen them used several times. They are just a type of plastic with drain holes in them and are white on one side and black on the other side since it's summer time I've got the white facing out to try to keep things cooler

That's great. Looks like a lot of fun too. I want to be like you when I grow up. Lol.

I thought you already were ? :icon_eek:

Things are growing around here as well... just wish some of it was food...LOL

That looks really Awesome Jerry!!!!

A friend of mine started growing hot peppers this year and just yesterday I was showing him all your past threads of your plants and greenhouses, he was very impressed (jealous I think!)

Keith, really Great looking yard there!!!

Keith it all looks great, I don't think it would work well here tho the deer would have it all gone in a hurry. Last summer I planted 80 lbs of sunflower seeds figured it would be good for the bees I got zero plants up the deer nipped every plant as soon as it popped out of the ground, I could holler and scream at them and they'd look up at me then put their head down and go right back to eating

Everybody is looking good!!

Sunflowers!!!

I have a few rows around here..

One in the garden..one next to the house and a bunch next to the fence...

No worries about the deer yet.

We are having a problem with a hawk tho..

He has decided my bird sanctuary is an all you can eat place..

Caught him eating one of the doves the other day and last night he swooped into the side yard shade area and grabbed a small dove..

I am now locked and loaded..

We have been going wide open with the yard..here's some pics of the back only...

And the garden..the sunflowers are in the back row..got melons, acorn squash, bush beans and onions going fine..

The habs, japs and bells are going in this week..

Being retired is getting tiring..

Looks good Craig my bees would love those sunflowers I'm gonna try some more but in a new area will more than likely end up with the same results but I'm going to try again anyhow
