Thanks everyone. my wife cannot get enough of these smoked meats.. She asked me why havent we dont this sooner and i let her know "because you wouldnt let me" banana_smiley.gif

i couldnt tell the difference. the only way i could tell them apart was the honey one was a little darker.

how do you get a crispy skin? how high does the smoker need to get?

300F+ for the last 25-30 min or finish off on a high grill for a few min
