Hi everyone. I am new to the world of smoking, but I already love it. I have 1 pork shoulder under my belt and the reaction from my guests has made me want to be an expert. I love the idea of a forum where i can get my basic BBQ questions answered by people that have done this stuff before. Of course, being in Wisconsin, I am limited on what times of the year i can smoke. Unless i want to freeze!!! Anyway. Thanks in advance for any help you guys are able to give me!
