My name is Mike. I live in the UK. I enjoy the idea of smoked meat rather than a BBQ so made my 1st smoker and tried it out today with a nice sized chicken. I like my cars and motorbikes and enjoy holidays in the sun. Want to know anything else then feel free to ask biggrin.gif
