Double dose! Spatchcock with Q-view

Hello all! Spending this afternoon making a bit of space in the freezer. I'm making two whole chickens spatchcocked. One with Jeff's rub and the other with just Mrs. Dash garlic and herb blend ( my wife loves that stuff)

Looks good, spatchcock is one of my favorite ways to cook chicken. What flavor of wood are you going to use?
