Thanks SM yes they did enjoy these,, it will NOT be the last time we do them this way,Great looking burgers and nice to see the kiddos enjoying as well!
Thanks yeppers RS all the way, I think it will be very good on the next summer get together with family & FreindsReverse sear all the way! Nice work.
She is doing Gluten free and Dairy free??? Sorry my miss, yes My son has it too, but he wanted cheese also, so I said what the heck but as far as a menu it is damn hard - pretty much 2 different menus every morn, noon and night. Those burgers look great, nice and juicy, but this is the first post that I've read on the reverse sear process. I 'll have to try that soon. I read your statement about your wife doing the Gluten Free plan. My DIL has my four grandkids doing it over something that she read on line and it is difficult trying to plan a menu for a family get together where everyone has a different agenda. I was unaware that Cheese was considered a gluten product, breads, buns , most anything containing wheat as well as cereals etc. but never was informed about the cheese. I guess I'll have to check up on that..........Dan.
Thanks Roller, you are 110% Correct may have to do it again real soon.Burgers look great !!! NOTHING like a good burger and a Beer...
you will love them, look under grilling beef for more info or use the search bar - ThanksThese burgers look great. I'll have to try the reverse sear sometime.
