So guys and gals this is my first time doing this reverse sear stuff SO please let me know if I went wrong and any improvements I may be able to improve on - So lets get started with the players
This was about 3 lbs of 80/20 burger so these are going to be thick burgers

into the smoker they go at about 175* or so for an hr and some
REMEMBER to grease the grate!!! dang nab it man
with the AMPT smoker this is great
one of the toppings wish I would of had some smoked but was out,,,, gotta do what you gotta do
on to the 500* gas grille - I am drooling right now

after about 2 min of flippen each side put on your toppings
wife is doing the gluten free thing so no cheese on hers??????Crazy to me but oh well
always got to play with their food huh???
and two of the eaters they loved it bunch of hogs huh no there good kids love them all
wanted to do Mac and cheese with it but ran out of time today
Youngest loved it but could BARLEY put down this one
