For my first try with chicken wings I placed them into a plastic bag with olive oil and a mesquite garlic rub. After about 1.5 hrs of smoke from cherry wood at around 275 I covered them with bbq sauce thinned down with beer and cooked for another 30 mins to 170IT.
They came out well, and were a nice way of warming up for ribs. I will try again soon, maybe with some honey in the sauce/beer glaze.
2 racks of baby backs on the rib rack in my weber.
I did about a 2-1-1 smoke with these baby backs around 275. I added bbq sauce to the lower rack during the foil phase.
