Hello all. Calvin from Eastern New Mexico. I have been smoking for about 6 months now, LOVE IT!!!! I don't have anything fancy, but the grill/smoker I bought works well for me. Red Stone from Tractor Supply..I know, I know...but it's my first one. I love the posts and can't wait to start posting myself. Done mroe ribs than I can think of, pork loins, Oryx, chicken and hamburgers, elk and steaks. I am hoping to try a pulled prok, brisket salmon soon.

Thanks for the gret site. I will post recipes I have for rubs and sauce and such when I get the time. I like to check out other recipes and make my tweaks, or start from scratch and create my own.
