My title was pretty stupid, but I've kind of always wanted to say that and this was a good opportunity.
My name is Matt and I'm in Salt Lake City, Utah. I've been creeping on these forums for a while and found a lot of helpful hints, so thank you to anyone who's been a part of that. I use an "ugly barrel/drum smoker" and it's been fantastic.
Today I'm upping the ante by smoking a pork butt, 6lbs of fresh salmon and a whole chicken, and I'm hoping it goes off like gangbusters. Anyone else use ugly barrel smokers?
