We love to cook and recently added a Weber smoker to our collection of outdoor equipment. We've beens using our Weber grill to smoke pork butts and briskets, finishing them in the oven inside. So glad we've moved on to a real smoker. We live in Dallas and love to take advantage of all the time we can cook, eat and entertain outside.
