hello fellow smokers!
i just had a brainstorm and was wondering if anybody on here has ever smoked their pork ribs for x amount of time before putting them in a slow cooker with a heavy basting sauce
im planning on trying this on sunday (its friday here in australia) and am thinking i may have stumbled upon a new method, see i have given my offset a good run for its money and am looking to experiment with some other methods.
has anybody heard of this method? i am hoping not to waste the 6 or 8 hours this would take if it has been tested and failed
