Hey everyone I'm from FL I'm new to the smoking game lol. I'm here to see what's the best thing to do, use, n best recipes n maybe share my own.

Thanks you guys and if any girls lol!!!! And I have only been smokin for a month only ribs , some whole chickens n tonite were doin steaks!!! Any one kno much about best Florida woods to use??!
 
Hey guys got a question, what's the best wood to use for ribs my personal favorite is hickory, but I've heard a lotta tlk on here bout apple tree,maple tree,citrus,etc. what's the best flavored wood other than hickory n oak

  Hickory and oak are my favorites too. They are just about all I use. Lots of people like cherry and pecan as well as those you mentioned.

seems like people tend to get used to what is local and I don't know what grows down there.
