I made a load of smoked chex mix and peppered beef jerky in my Masterbuilt ES30 for a birthday get-together this last weekend. Tasted pretty good! I honestly never tried anything like that before. I almost over-cooked it. (Glad I put the beer down long enough to check the meat!) The family loved it! They barely left me any! I guess I'm the designated smoker in the family now.
