It's a cloudy, rainy day here in the PNW, so in other words a prime day for some meat smoking! I've got a couple racks of pork ribs I'm smoking with some apple wood. I've got a weber smokey mountain and a performer for my grilling. In the next month or so I will be looking for some opinions/advice for my next smoker upgrade....
I'm a huge fan of MMA and watch all of the UFC events (decent fight card tonight). Seattle sports fan, GO SEAHAWKS.
