Hey group,
It's a cloudy, rainy day here in the PNW, so in other words a prime day for some meat smoking! I've got a couple racks of pork ribs I'm smoking with some apple wood. I've got a weber smokey mountain and a performer for my grilling. In the next month or so I will be looking for some opinions/advice for my next smoker upgrade....

I'm a huge fan of MMA and watch all of the UFC events (decent fight card tonight). Seattle sports fan, GO SEAHAWKS.

I look forward to reading your posts and learning more about everybody's take on smoking/grilling.

Hey Ryan...glad to have another WSM guy on the books!  You guys have one of my home-boys playing Quarter Back for the Seahawks!  I saw Russell play in the state championship against Fork Union...great game, even though Fork Union lost.
