Rub used:

Dark brown sugar

Paprika

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Chili powder

black/white pepper

Cayanne

Mop:

Apple Cider Vinegar

White vinegar

Apple Juice

Brown Sugar

salt

pepper

Crushed Red Peppers

Paprika

Took about 4 1/2 hours on a coal smoker. Used hickory wood chips. Added Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce for the last 25 minutes. Pork chops were just thrown on the 2nd rack on my smoker just so I had dinner for tomorrow already done :D

The ribs lasted about 8 minutes between me and my two boys lol.
