its the new era of smokers here at the Border City Pit, I have got the inaugural cook for the WSM with some spares and Baby backs.

Using a Cherry-Balsamic wet rub on half while the other half get the Classic Brown sugar Rub.  For wood I am using a cherry wood with some hickory.  At the Three hour mark I will put some potatoe skins in there.

All in all the cook went good....Ribs were excellent 

 

Forgot the pics...of the final product...th_crybaby2.gifwe were so geared up to eat that I just plain old forgot.
