Hi everybody. Newbie here just tryin to improve through experimenting. I got a large BGE for my birthday a couple months ago and since then I have used it anywhere from two to seven days a week. I love it! I have found that my favorite thing to Q is bb ribs ( love em!). But I enjoy Q'n anything really (tri tip, pork butt, burgers, anything). I just hope to learn a lot from everyone.
