Just a friendly hi, forum looks good! I've been smoking fish with a little chief for 30 something years with my father. About a year ago I got a sausage stuffer and meat grinder and start smoking peperoni etc with the little chief. Last week a friend gave me an old 50's fridge that I'll be converting to a smoker with the help of some of the threads over in the fridge smoker page. Anyway looking forward to participating.
