We are Palm Tree Smokehouse, a family run BBQ team. After attending BBQ events in the past and being a chef, we decided to give it a go in the BBQ world. We entered our first event last year, and placed 43rd out of 66 teams. We were pleased with this finish but not satisfied. We studied the art of BBQ and made some modifications on our custom homemade pits to make this year even better. So far we are entered in 4 events and looking for more. We cook on a double barrel big baby cooker, a ugly drum smoker, and a modified offset smoker.
