Hello all,

My name is robert. I am 39 years old and from SE Louisiana, just south of Baton Rouge. My son and I love to hunt and fish. I currently have a Cajun Microwave that is 4'x4'x3'. I love cooking with it and do so as often as I can. I currently have plans to build a tandem axle smoking pit that'll end up being approximately 24'-26' in length.

This is a photo of my cajun microwave that I built. No matter how much wood you put in the fire pan whether a little or a lot the temp does not exceed 275 degrees. great cooker and conversation piece. I can cook 2 80lbs hogs at a time in it.
