Hey guys, first day on the forums. I live probably in the best place on earth( to me) right in the heart of surf meca( cocoa beach, home of kelly slater) and country bumpkins!
Im a huge outdoors man. Hunting, fishing, muddin, camping, anything out doors i basically love to do. I work at a local bar and love it.
When i smoke/ grill i try to get the meat myself if i can. For instance, turkey season just ended for me and i got two nice birds in wait for some smoke action. We have alot of hogs around here as well, so the pork is plentiful!
I usually smoke on an offset smoker me and my buddys built, but i recently moved to a location where im unable to use it :/ .... So for now im limited to my master built 30" electric, but it gets the job done.
I always have to have a few cigars and scotch to get me through a long smoke sesh as well!
