Wanted to share Black Betty (named due to a 1977 Song I like).  She is a 22.5 Weber Gold One Touch.  I havent used charcoal in several years.  I am sitting here posting this and loving the smokey perfume right now!

Used an 80/20 ground beef and used a bit of Lawrey's and some Montreal Steak Seasoning in them.

These were very good....had a great flavor! I think I am going to like Black Betty.  Going to be a bit of a learning curve getting used to charcoal again.

Nice looking Weber grill and burgers.  I haven't had a full sized Weber kettle in several years but we have used them for several decades before.  These things last forever.  Congratulations on your new addition!

WW is fine with her....because they can rock the music together....and also smoke right long side of each other! 

I am stoked....good weekend and good toys to play with!  No telling what I will be doing next....bam-a lam!

haha!  Thanks everyone!  AND...I was surprised to find a very thin smoke ring inside the burgers!

Bill...yes I guess I am guilty of naming things.  Always have and probably will never stop.

and now Black Betty....Ram Jam

Just when I am happy cooking...get songs in my head and that is how I name things.

Will do a post tomorrow with the Lemon Ice Box Meringue pie I made for Lynn's Birthday in the morning.  Made him Chicken and Dumplin's for dinner tonight too.

Those burgers look fantastic! And I am sure they tasted good, my mom uses the Montreal steak seasoning for burgers. Good all around season, and makes a tasty burger.

We received a 22.5" Weber for a wedding gift. Yesterday was out 25th anniversary and still have and use that grill. It has been outside the whole duration.
