Roper congrats on your walk in your first comp. and nice looking pictures of your turn in boxes that you shared with us. I was looking at your turn in box picture of your chicken thighs , and if you want to get rid of the brush marks in your sauce, you might want to try a fine mist spritzing of them just a little with some liquid of some kind like fruit juice etc. just after you brush your glaze on them. This will help the brush marks to disappear as they will melt out into a nice shiny gloss on the skin. Continued success in your competition cooking.
