KathrynN asked me to stop in here and introduce myself after asking a question about Tri-tip, I followed the advice and it came out perfect.  Been using a Bradley modified non digital smoker just because it fits my schedule so well.  Put in a Pork Butt and head off to work, a few hours after I get home it's perfect pulled pork and no one has even looked at it all day.  Be happy to help anyone with controls or HVAC question.  Thanks for a GREAT! forum.
