Boneless Turkey Breast Spot On!

Put a nice 5lb boneless breast in the MES today. Rubbed with turkey paste from "Smoke & Spice" also injected with good ole Creole Butter. Turned out great after 275 in the MES until it hit 162. Told the wife we are hosting thanksgiving this year!

That's what I'm talking about "good eats" giant yard bird special, looks good hope you enjoyed drool.gif just waiting for my wings to get done and have a nice dinner.

I haven't tried it but JJ has never steered me wrong when it comes to spice....or anything else as a matter of fact!
