Trying to see if this works. My first smoked salmon from my Master Forge Electric smoker.

I feel your pain as mine first one showed up exactly like this one.  I'll be the first to admit my computer skills are lacking and I am hoping to get one of my kids to walk me through it.  There are several experts around that will help out, just ask.
