A few weeks ago I got the new MES 40" w/window gen 2 smoker from Amazon ($449 w/2 day shipping). I bought it because I wasn't having good luck with my char-broil w/side box grill. Granted I can grill regularly and smoke beer chicken with it, but I just couldn't control the heat good enough for butts, briskets, an ribs (etc). And my fiancée said she would buy the MES if I would use it.
I love grilling and smoking, I just completed a 11 hour smoke yesterday with 2 butts.(in the pork section with pictures). Anything else just ask.
