Just a quick hello from a newbie to smoking food... I'm a huge bacon fan so have decided to make my own after reading how easy it actually is... As I get used to this forum I will be posting pics of my progress..

Welcome to SMF! Not very long ago I used to think "if only I could make my own bacon and ham". Now I'm making it all the time. You will learn a lot on the bacon threads and can ask questions any time you need to.
