Hello, I don't have a smoker but my husband and I use a weber charcoal grill with smoke chips and use indirect heat. Ribs, pork butt, and potatoes has been our favorite.

Forgot to mention that I'm from Toledo, Ohio. Our family loves to camp and the only time we smoke is mainly on our trips. #seasonal
