 Well boys and girls here we go again. Two 13lb briskets and a two pack of shoulders bone in 18lb total pork. Almost ready to put meat on.... Gona Be SWEET.. 
 
Good morning, and have a great smoke!  I was up early to brine my chicken.  smoking chicken and ribs today.

Pork Has rub only one Jerk seasoning and one southern style brown sugar based.


I Got a bit excited and started shaking some extra love on it before i remembered the bark picture. Good thing im cooking 2


So Ill Keep cooking till this Beef is at pulling temp.
