 Well boys and girls here we go again. Two 13lb briskets and a two pack of shoulders bone in 18lb total pork. Almost ready to put meat on.... Gona Be SWEET..

Good morning, and have a great smoke!  I was up early to brine my chicken.  smoking chicken and ribs today.  drool.gif

You beat me up cause I am doing a simple rack of St L cut spares today.  Your cook looks awesome so far.  What temp are you going with?

Getin Wrapped ..

Pork Has rub only one Jerk seasoning and one southern style brown sugar based.

I Got a bit excited and started shaking some extra love on it before i remembered the bark picture. Good thing im cooking 2

 

So Ill Keep cooking till this Beef is at pulling temp.
