My brother Bruns told me about SmokingMeat News letter. I thought the forums might be a good way to expand my limited knowledge about smoking meats and other foods.

I have an older charcoal grill/smoker that I have been using for several years. I recently purchased a Smokey Mountain Series Electric smoker that I have used 3 times. So far I have smoked ribs, ham, and salmon with good results.

Looking forward to learning much more about smoking meats.
