My name is Paul and I live in the frozen foothills of the Canadian Rockies Calgary, AB.

I am running a Masterbuilt two door smoker on propane. On Friday my A-Maze-N-Pellet-Smoker arrived for cold smoking me some cheese (of course it is too cold this weekend to cold smoke anything). I have been smoking for a little under a year no matter what the weather, Pork shoulder at -20 check, Turkey in +30 check. Looking forward to disseminating these forums some more and getting some good help and ideas.

Thanks in advance and so nice to meet you all.

Paul
