These look amazing. I am very jealous of your rib source. Living rurally in the Mountains, there are only a couple of major chain groceries in the nearby small city. Our ribs are never that meaty or rich looking. I guess I will just have to enjoy vicarously through your pictures. Thanks for posting.

Thanks Disco. Make friends with the butcher at those stores and ask them to order in special cuts for you. I use a butcher at one of local chain grocery stores and if he doesn't already have the cut I want he just adds it to his next order. I always ask for the untrimmed cuts. They charge me their retail price at the time with no additional mark up for special ordering.

I have brought them some of my smoked goods for lunch a couple times. That seems to work really good!

Looks great. Haven't tried that beer yet! I like my beer in little jugs..or big jugs.  Is that a black N tan brew?

This is a big jug 64oz! Nope not a black n tan. It's an IPA that doesn't have the bite of an IPA. Its brewed with pineapple, which comes out on the back. Goes down a little too smooth! You can read a bit about it here:
