Interesting...I went right to ribs with my WSM. Ribs on Saturday and the next day a pork butt. Chickens are always a good first smoke!!!Decided to do a dry run in a bit with a bin full of charcoal, some smoke, and some really fatty soup bone scrapes and the innards from the chicken to hopefully start coating this thing with some grease. Really excited to see how it holds it's temp and how it runs. Man what a great wife!
