I'm cooking for a group of college students this weekend. Here's the pulled pork. I cooked 20.5 lbs of it.
Started with an injection and homemade rub. Smoked for about 13 hours on my WSM.
Also doing 24 lbs of smoked chicken with homemade white sauce. Will post it when I get it done.
