Hi all,

Just stumbled across this site and had to check things out! I have been a huge fan of smoking meats and just have been dabbling a little on my gas grill. Homemade smoke pouchs out of tin foil and they worked pretty good. Have smoked some ribs and beer can chickens. Even done a Turkey on the grill last Christmas which was a little tricky as I am from Oshawa, about 45 mins east of Toronto. Anyways, was looking at the Master Chef Vertical smoker at Crappy Tire as they have them on sale this weekend and that is how I stumbled across this site. Was going to try to make a smoker out of someone's discarded old grill but i think this will be a better investment. Will let you all know how things work out! Cheers! ;)
