Hey everybody!  My name is Adam and I'm a smokaholic!  I started with a basic COS and after reading a bunch on this site, decided to modify it.  Works great, in the summertime. I still have a lot to learn on temp control during the winter. I live in Richmond, Va with my wife and two kids.  About 5 months ago we found out we were having another baby, so I did what any expecting father starting his midlife crisis would do, bought a new smoker trailer made out of 2- 275 gal tanks!  I will be posting in the build section for help on modifying this bad boy.  Looking forward to shootn the chit with yall and sharing qviews!

Lots of friendly an knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Congratulations on the expecting a new addition to the family!  Children are a blessing for sure.  Just ask when you need help and you'll get plenty.
