Hi everyone!

Got my WSM18 last week, tried it over the weekend and now got a brand new Smokingmeats account to boot, what a week

thanks everyone, I feel very welcome :)

@Jack: I have a thread about that over in pork... my first attempt at Pulled pork was reasonably successfull but very slow, might be some issue with my temp measurement. Good thing we aren't about to run out of pork, so I can try try try again :)
