Do you brush that rustoleum on...or load it in a sprayer?  If you spray can you provide some details?  equip, thinner...

Spray it on, do not thin, and do light coats and let dry inbetween coats.

Nice thing abou a smoker that big is you can just walk the cow in one end and get BBQ out the other end! laugh1.gif (wouldn't that be nice!)

Dang Rib,

 

That thing not only holds some serious meat but to keep it smokin' you need to go through allot o' trees to keep it up to temp and blue thin line....

 

I'd imagine this is a commercial application.  If not that family has lots of members...33.gif

Its a construction company, like I said, BBQ is big in Central Florida, we just get no recognition
