One of my customers showed up this morning with this, asking me to sandblast and paint it for him.

Its big. I quess about 2000 gallon? I ask my man here to get inside, but he seemed a little nervous so he just stood in front. Its got a lot of cool detail, a lot of dampeners, and it is reverse flow.

Look at the beads of weld on the back side of the door, Im wondering if that was his fix to sprung doors? They all fit good now.

Ribwizzard, Just a few questions.....What beach do you get all the sand off of to blast that thing?........ Have you got a dump truck and end loader available? ..... Do you buy paint in 55 gallon drums to paint it and if so where is your source for that?

I get 4400lb bags of red garnet brought in from Australia, I have just about any kind of Heavy Equipment you could imagine just outside the door. I have comercial accounts with just about every paint manufacturer available, but still find the best deal on high heat paint is Rustoleum at Home Depo. Ive used many brands and some very expensive, but still think its the best one out there.

its not mounted, not sure how they are setting it up. Lunch is at 1pm tomorrow so Ill get some pics of that as well.

Almost looks like its built for an outdoor kitchen set up. Either way its still a nice cooker. Nice paint job as well.
